The ACVV Poplarlaan is a non-profit organization, rendering developmental social work services with a focus on children, families and older persons. The target areas include Kensington, Holland Park, Korsten, Schauderville, Gelvandale & Helenvale, all characteristically under resourced, poverty-stricken communities with extensive social problems.
